The Siren ePCR™ software and complementary hardware employ a touch-screen interface to provide paramedics with more efficient data capture tools. Our easy-to-use, large ‘button’ graphical interface facilitates rapid, accurate and comprehensive data capture. With the system, paramedics can work with an ambulance electronic data set. As a result, patient data is recorded more quickly and accurately than with pencil and paper.
This electronic patient care report (ePCR) system makes it fast and easy for paramedics to create an electronic health record. Using an ambulance laptop and a single user login, the paramedic simply enters in the pertinent information about the patient en route to the hospital. By the time the ambulance arrives at the hospital, medical staff have already received the patient’s electronic health record.
The ambulance electronic data set also makes it easy for procedural updates to be managed with its letter generation tool. Further, because the system is electronic and web-based, these letters can be emailed to their destinations. Patient information can also be shared with the necessary parties via a secure encrypted server.
