To whom it may concern:

The Medusa Medical team has been great to work with and have always been willing to help. From the very beginning of the project's inception to the day we went live things ran smooth and organized. Once we went live we were transferred over to the support team who were always available to answer questions and get problems corrected even if it wasn't a problem with the Siren program itself. To this date our system has never crashed and no data has ever been lost. I can't say the same for when we used paper reporting. If I had to do it all again I would still choose Medusa Medical and Siren software as my ePCR provider. Any company can provide a great product but not all companies provide great suport. Medusa Medical does both.
