With a solid team of development architects, engineers and developers, the Development team’s mandate is to develop new features for, and to ensure the quality of, the suite of applications that comprise Siren ePCR. This group works with industry leading technologies to enhance the user experience and add new features while ensuring security and stability to create a nation-grade solution.
Experienced testers and developers make up the QA team. This is a group of people who love to “break” things which means that they find complex defects that may have taken months to uncover in the field. These defects are often found and fixed in-house before the product leaves our doors and paramedics never encounter the problem. The QA team takes it personally when a customer reports a problem in the field because it means that they missed something while they completed their testing.
The QA team is the last team to sign off on all releases. The software does not ship until they are satisfied that they have thoroughly tested every aspect of the release and are confident that we are releasing a solid and reliable product.
