Re: Medusa Medical Technologies, Inc.

I confirm that our organization has worked with Medusa Medical Technologies for over 9 years, and we are currently using Siren ePCR version 3.06. We are utilizing the software in 77 ambulances across the state of Oklahoma. EMSA has over 400 users of the software and runs about 120,000 ePCRs through it each year. Most recently, we have been working closely with Medusa in developing their package for data analysis.

The user interface is paramedic-friendly and the customer service team is professional and efficient in their dealings. The reporting capacity of Siren ePCR is excellent, and we have been able to use the richness of the data set to make a positive impact on our patients and the overall healthcare system in Oklahoma. The product itself has dramatically improved based upon a comparison of where it was when we first started using it. The company itself has weathered several storms and is much stronger and better structured to move the organization and the product along to the future.
